Ikenna Igbodika has over 18-year experience in marketing and credit analysis. Most of his banking experience was in GTbank Plc where he worked in Systems & Control as well as Marketing. He has been involved in several successful startups including De Real People Finance Limited. As CEO of De Real People Finance Limited, his experience in Design thinking and Process engineering has been of great value to the company.
Ikenna is a fellow of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), holds an EMBA form the prestigious HEC Paris and a graduate of Medicine from the University of Lagos.

Linda graduated with a B.sc in Entrepreneurship & Business management from National Open University, Abuja. She began her career in Guaranty Trust Bank PLC where she worked in the operations before moving to De Real People Finance limited as Head of Internal Control.
Iniobong Oloruntoba
Head Marketing Department
Iniobong Oloruntoba graduated from Federal Polytechnic Bida with specialty in Computer Science. She has banking Operations experience from GTBank and commenced her career with De Real People Finance Limited in 2011.
She rose through the ranks in operations and marketing and currently heads the marketing department.
Mercy Nwali
Mercy Nwali is a graduate of Banking and Finance from University of Abuja.
She started her career in De Real People Finance in 2022 and currently heads the Operations department.
